Established in 1999, SBF factory based in East Yorkshire, employs 20 people. As highly experienced cooked meat suppliers, frozen meat suppliers and cooked meat manufacturers, we provide globally procured meat and poultry, in a variety of formats and flavours to meet customer requirements.
We operate a batch process, which allows small speciality runs. Our customers include retailers, manufacturers and the foodservice sector throughout the UK.
Our Facilities include Dicers, Marinade Preparation area, tumblers, injectors and both Roast and Steam ovens.
Our high risk area houses dicers, slicers and shredding machinery.
Our cooked meat products can be supplied either fresh or frozen in a variety of styles and weights. They can be diced, sliced or shredded.
